Is Epstein Barr the Culprit of Chronic Fatigue?

energy fatigue master class Apr 22, 2022

I believe the biggest cause of chronic fatigue is Epstein Barr Virus.

Chronic viral infections zap your energy and rob you of vitality, motivation and stamina. It's a very common virus. It affects some people greatly, while many others have no symptoms.

It's thought that 100% of people have been exposed. So, how do you know if EBV is part of your fatigue? Well, you go through the testing process. Test levels should be normal (usually less than 18), but sometimes a doctor will tell you, "You don't have a current infection, you have had a previous infection!" I don't agree with that. If you didn't have a lingering infection, your levels would be normal.

Tonight's program - how to navigate Epstein Barr tests and what to do about it. For the complete chronic fatigue program, check out
